About the programme

Our Summer Course is a fully-inclusive programme designed specifically for children aged 8-17. It will improve your child's English, whilst offering a wide range of sports, activities and excursions for them to enjoy. They will also have the chance to make friends from all over the world and experience new cultures, and do all of this in a safe, secure campus environment.

Minimum entry level: Beginner

Duration: 1–4 weeks

English lessons

At all locations, there are 15 hours of English lessons per week in international classes.

Your child will be tested on arrival and placed in the right class for their age and English ability. 

The lessons will often include games, songs, group work, films, projects and magazine work to make learning more fun.

There are regular progress tests throughout the course, and at the end your child will receive a certificate to mark their learning achievement.

Activities and excursions

Sports and activities

Full programme of organised sports and activities (daytime and evenings), mostly on campus. Choice of at least 2–3 activities per session.

On-campus residential accommodation. Single, twin and dormitory rooms for 3-8 (varies by location). Shared or en suite bathrooms (varies by location) and separate housing for boys and girls.

Meal plan

Full-board with breakfast, hot lunch and dinner daily, eaten on campus. 

Supervision and welfare

  • Staff: student ratio of 1:10
  • 24-hour supervision from fully trained staff
